Age 18+. The Trainer Assessor is qualified to train and assess and develop the lifesaving and lifeguard programmes.

Successful attendance of Foundation and Specialist Modules. Moderation is a requirement.

Mentor
To provide support and advice within the education and training programme across all disciplines for Assistant Teacher and Trainer Assessors.

National Trainer Assessor
To manage the training and assessing programme via monitoring and reporting on standards as well as support the development of probationary Trainer Assessors.

Course attendance followed by a moderation period.

Staff National Trainer Assessor
To operate the training and assessing programme via monitoring and reporting on standards as well as support the development of National Trainer Assessors.
