Courses, Awards and Qualifications
Lifesavers have awards and qualifications for people of all ages and ability to undertake training and assessment in lifesaving, lifeguarding and lifesupport. They encompass fitness, knowledge, skill and judgement for dealing with simulated emergencies and require varying levels of proficiency.
Over 100,000 people undertake skill training each year from children through to those of a specialist. To make the awards simpler to follow we have grouped them into 5 basic categories.
